WROCK FOR FREEDOM – INDEPENDENCE DAY
As every year, join us at Centennial Hall on 11 November for extraordinary concerts marking the anniversary of Poland regaining independence. This year we celebrate in style, with two whole days of concerts by Polish music stars known to everyone.
10–11 NOVEMBER 2018
This year, we will celebrate with Polish rock legends. The stage will feature Dżem, Ira, Lady Pank and Kombii, alongside the younger but well-known Happysad. Their immortal hits guarantee the loudest celebration of this special occasion. You must join us as we mark the 100th anniversary of Poland regaining independence!
During these two special November days, speakers will ring with the bands’ greatest hits. Several generations will sing Dżem’s “Wehikuł czasu”, IRA’s “Mój dom” and Happysad’s “Zanim pójdę” together. Lady Pank perform LP1 in full, including immortal “Kryzysowa narzeczona” and “Mniej niż zero”. With Kombii, expect shared renditions of “Słodkiego miłego życia” and “Black and white”.
