LIONSTAGE / YOUR PRIVACY
Privacy policy
Here we explain how we handle your data when you visit our website or contact us about events and working together.
Updated: 22 October 2026
01 / Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is LIONSTAGE Tomasz Lektarski, Plac Solny 15, 50-062 Wrocław, Poland, tax identification number (NIP) 8971064277, REGON 932050350.
For personal data matters, email info@lionstage.com or write to the address above. This policy covers lionstage.com and contact and enquiries addressed to LIONSTAGE.
02 / The data we receive
When you email or call us, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, email address, telephone number, company name and the content of your enquiry and attachments. We do not require information that is unnecessary for handling your enquiry.
Providing information in correspondence is voluntary. Without contact details or information about your enquiry, however, we may be unable to reply or prepare an offer. If we enter into a contract, some data will be necessary to perform and account for it.
When you visit the website, our infrastructure provider may process technical data such as your IP address, request time, the address visited, browser and device information, and the referring page if your browser supplies it. This data is used to deliver the website and maintain its operation and security.
03 / Why we process data
- Replying to general enquiries and handling correspondence — our legitimate interest in communicating and dealing with enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Preparing an offer at your request, taking steps before entering into a contract, and performing a contract to which you are a party — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. When communicating with a company representative, we rely on our legitimate interest in maintaining the business relationship (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Meeting legal obligations, such as tax and accounting requirements, where an enquiry leads to a contract — Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
- Maintaining website availability and security, and establishing, exercising or defending legal claims — our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not run a newsletter or a marketing mailing list. Sending an enquiry does not constitute consent to marketing. We do not use Google Analytics 4 on this website.
04 / How long we keep data
Retention depends on the purpose and progress of the matter. We keep correspondence for the time needed to deal with your enquiry and subsequent arrangements. Where it is needed as evidence of fulfilling obligations or for protection against claims, this includes the limitation period applicable to the matter. Documents subject to legal retention obligations are kept for the period required by law.
For technical data, the criteria are the time needed to serve a request, detect and investigate an incident, and protect the service, taking account of our infrastructure provider’s retention practices. We do not specify a single period for all data because different matters and services have different requirements.
05 / Who may receive data
Where necessary, data may be processed by hosting, email and IT support providers, and by accounting or legal advisers in contractual matters. It may also be disclosed to authorised public bodies where required by law. Providers acting on our behalf receive data only to the extent necessary for their services.
Cloudflare provides hosting, content delivery and protection for this website. Its global infrastructure may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Cloudflare describes its transfer safeguards in its data protection terms, including Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
07 / Videos and external services
Our articles feature YouTube content. Thumbnails may be retrieved from Google’s servers before you play a video, which involves sharing technical data such as your IP address and browser information. The player loads after you click Play and uses youtube-nocookie.com in Privacy Enhanced Mode. This mode does not mean that Google processes no personal data.
Google processes data under its own privacy policy, including possible processing outside the EEA. Links to Google Maps, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and other services lead to their websites. Once you follow a link, the provider’s own rules apply; an ordinary link is not an embedded map or an advertising pixel.
08 / Your rights
Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you may request access to and a copy of your data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing. Data portability applies in the cases specified by the GDPR, in particular to automated processing based on a contract or consent.
Where we rely on legitimate interests, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation. If processing in a specific matter is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Send requests to info@lionstage.com. We normally respond within one month. Where the law allows an extension, we will inform you. To protect your data, we may request information necessary to confirm your identity.
If you believe your data is being processed unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the President of Poland’s Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) or another competent supervisory authority, particularly in the country of your habitual residence, place of work or the alleged infringement.
09 / Automated decisions
We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects. We do not carry out advertising profiling of website visitors.
10 / Policy updates and contact
We update this policy when the website, our services or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies the current version. For privacy or personal data enquiries, email info@lionstage.com.
