Nut Ferment #21: Acid Drinkers played Lubomski’s “Spacerologia” | Music programme on YouTube

Strojnowy, Acid Drinkers and Mariusz Lubomski exchanged repertoire in the series’ penultimate episode. Reggae, metal and songwriting met in a shared programme.
On 26 May 2019, episode 21 of Nut Ferment took place at Scena Ciśnień in Wrocław’s Capitol Musical Theatre. Konrad Imiela hosted the meeting, with live performances interspersed with conversation.
Each guest performed songs from their own repertoire and interpreted a piece associated with another participant. Passing songs between the artists brought different voices, instruments and approaches to the same stage.
Strojnowy
Strojnowy was the project of Piotr “Struna” Strojnowski, a co-founder and the first singer of DAAB. In 2015 he began working with Grzegorz Rytka and Michał Marecki on the new band. The album “Wolno��ć serc” provided a reference point for the appearance.
The set included “Wolność serc” and “Mój śnie”. The exchange added “Don’t Drink Evil Things”, from the repertoire of Acid Drinkers.

Acid Drinkers appeared with Tomasz “Titus” Pukacki, Dariusz “Popcorn” Popowicz, Maciej “Ślimak” Starosta and Łukasz “Dzwon” Cyndzer. The group brought “Joker” and “High Proof Cosmic Milk” to the stage. Its interpretation of “Spacerologia” connected that repertoire with Mariusz Lubomski.

Mariusz Lubomski performed with pianist Jan Smoczyński and guitarist Kacper Tyloch. His set included “Jednakowe”, with lyrics by Sławomir Wolski, and “Psychobójca”, as well as a song associated with Strojnowy. Acid Drinkers, in turn, interpreted his “Spacerologia”.
The exchange also brought “Do Plasticka”.
