On 24 March 2019, episode 19 of Nut Ferment took place at Scena Ciśnień in Wrocław’s Capitol Musical Theatre. Konrad Imiela hosted the meeting, with live performances interspersed with conversation.

Each guest performed songs from their own repertoire and interpreted a piece associated with another participant. Passing songs between the artists brought different voices, instruments and approaches to the same stage.

Emose Uhunmwangho

Emose Uhunmwangho returned as a guest after singing the title song in episode four. This time she was accompanied by Skrzypotrąby. Songs with lyrics by Aleksandra Mazoń were joined by an interpretation of “Hera koka hasz LSD”, associated with Karolina Czarnecka.

The set included “Synku mój” and “Opowieść o trzech braciach”.

Karolina Czarnecka

Karolina Czarnecka appeared with Jacek Kita on keyboards and looper and Marcin Wippich on drums. “Mój pokój” and “Igloo” were paired with Katarzyna Groniec’s “Tamta kobieta”. Another guest, Emose Uhunmwangho, took on Czarnecka’s well-known interpretation of “Hera koka hasz LSD”.

Katarzyna Groniec

Katarzyna Groniec was accompanied by Tomir Śpiołek, Ziemowit Klimek and Wojciech Warmijak. Her set connected a Jacques Brel song, her own material and a song from Emose Uhunmwangho’s repertoire. Interpretation was the link between the evening’s different approaches to song.

The set included “Diabeł” and “Koko”. The exchange added “Piosenka Prezydenta Miasta”, from the repertoire of Emose Uhunmwangho.
