Illusion are undoubtedly one of Poland’s most important rock bands. Their story began in 1992, when former She and Skawalker musician Tomasz “Lipa” Lipnicki, Jerzy “Jerry” Rutkowski and Paweł Herbasch formed the band in Gdańsk. Their first concert took place in Gdańsk in February 1992. Jarosław Śmigiel joined them that August, and the group continue to perform in this original line-up to this day.
