Hindi Zahra and Kari Amirian: original debuts at Radio RAM’s Music Zone in Wrocław
Hindi Zahra and Kari Amirian present two distinct worlds of songwriting, from Eastern influences to simple melodies in intricate arrangements. The Radio RAM Music Zone preview in Wrocław focused on their debuts and musical maturity.

Hindi Zahra and Kari Amirian. Two beautiful women. Two musical discoveries. Two of the most interesting stage debuts. Freshness of feeling combined with mature musical craftsmanship. Warmth, energy and a wealth of sounds. It promises to be one of Wrocław's most interesting musical events: Muzyczna Strefa Radia RAM.
Hindi Zahra’s music is compared to Billie Holiday and Norah Jones, but distinguished by the exotic quality of her French-Moroccan origins. She subtly combines highly contemporary elements with Eastern sounds, delighting with a fresh approach and an excellent, beautiful voice. Her strongest recommendation is that French Blue Note released her debut, “Handmade”, in 2010, and that November she received France’s Constantin award for Best Album of the Year.

“Kari Amirian’s debut promises something extraordinary on our market. Simple melodies meet sophisticated arrangements. Kari’s beautiful, bright, pure voice. Excellent lyrics. Freshness of feeling alongside mature musical craftsmanship. Finally, a truth radiates from the whole, drawing us into the microcosm of a wise, young yet artistically mature person, captivated by her world’s richness. Above all, we listen with an open heart and the conviction that we are participating in something utterly extraordinary.” Piotr Bartyś, Radio RAM’s music director.
