Yasmin Levy with “Sentir” in Wrocław: Judeo-Spanish Ladino and flamenco

Yasmin Levy connects Judeo-Spanish Ladino and flamenco in the Wrocław concert announcement featuring “Sentir”. She treats Sephardic songs as a living inheritance, giving them a personal voice and interpretation that sustains the memory of Spanish Jewish culture.

Yasmin Levy primarily performs flamenco-inspired Sephardic music. She sings in Ladino, the forgotten language of Spanish Jews. Through her deep, moving singing style, she both preserves and revives the most beautiful songs of the Judeo-Spanish Ladino heritage, combining them with Andalusian flamenco.
