The Dumplings and “RAJ”: Justyna Święs and Kuba Karaś in the world of their third album
The Dumplings return with “RAJ”, Justyna Święs and Kuba Karaś’s third studio album.
Written, composed and produced entirely by the creators of Gold-selling “No Bad Days” and “Sea You Later”,
it remains top-class electropop in their characteristic style, but is distinctly more mature than previous productions. All lyrics are Polish, undoubtedly opening a new career chapter.
“Our third album returns to the purely electronic sounds of our first. There are fewer bright, light sounds this time, and much more darkness and mystery. We decided to have all the lyrics in Polish. They contain many references to different cultural works, including the film ‘Scent of a Woman’ and the writing of Tolstoy and Cortázar. We also chose a short but substantial format: the album has 8 tracks.”
