SORRY BOYS AT STARY KLASZTOR
AMOR TOUR is the second concert tour promoting the Fryderyk-nominated album “Roma”, featuring the hits “Wracam” and “Zwyczajne Cuda”, the moving “Miasto Chopina” and the latest single, “Apollo”. For AMOR TOUR, the band promises an open concert format and surprises.
10 DECEMBER 2017
Alongside studio arrangements of songs from all the band's albums, AMOR TOUR concerts will feature acoustic versions and new songs. From December 2017 to April 2018, Sorry Boys will visit more than a dozen concert halls in Poland.
The band formed in Warsaw on the initiative of Tomasz Dąbrowski and Piotr Blak, joined by charismatic singer Bela Komoszyńska. Their debut album, “Hard Working Classes”, came out in autumn 2010 and received excellent reviews.
Sorry Boys' next release, “Vulcano”, appeared three years later and was recognised as one of the best Polish albums of 2013. The album consolidated the band's position as innovative and unafraid to pursue unconventional musical solutions.
In 2016, they presented “Roma”, written half in Polish and half in English, again featuring in major best-album round-ups, including Gazeta Wyborcza: “They are among the bands who breathed new life into Polish pop, taking club and festival stages by storm. Their latest ‘Roma’ is a masterpiece.” It earned a Fryderyk 2017 nomination for Alternative Album of the Year and many new fans.
