Shantymani for WOŚP: Wrocław’s sea-shanty scene supports a shared charitable cause

Shanty singers play for the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity!

As tradition dictates, Wrocław's sea-shanty community supports the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity. This year, audience favourites MIETEK FOLK and Wrocław groups JAN i KLAN, W STRONĘ PORTU and ZNIENACKA PROJECT will play for children and older people.

On Saturday 11 January, we invite all sailing-music lovers to the Stary Klasztor music club at ul. Purkyniego 1.

We begin at 19.00. A Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity collection tin will stand at the entrance: everyone gives what they can:) Traditional Orchestra-and-shanty auctions will also return, so bring some cash:) Save the time, invite friends — every złoty counts!
