Lipali at Proxima: a premiere concert of “Fasady”, with the full album performed by an expanded line-up

At the launch concert on 29 November at Warsaw's Proxima, you will be able to hear the entire new album “Fasady” live for the first time. With a new sound, expanded line-up and fresh energy, but as always direct, straightforward and uncompromising, LIPALI will play 11 new tracks, heralding next year's tour.

“Fasady” is LIPALI’s fifth studio album, but their first recorded as a four-piece. Roman Bereźnicki joined Lipa, Qlos and Luk in 2015. The record reveals how the music matures with the band: there is room for fire and fun, but also for love and reflection. A search for identity, happiness, freedom and the meaning of life can be felt in every sound and word.

11 entirely new songs tell the story of a person who has been through a great deal but still seeks answers to the most important questions. Which path should you choose? How do you love when routine enters a shared life? What is a human being? How can you live happily amid so much war and suffering?

“Fasady” was recorded in Wisła at Studio DR. A film crew accompanied the band throughout, documenting the making of the album, produced by Szymon Sieńko with Lipa. The results will soon be available to watch at http://lipali.tv/.

A taste of the new record comes with “Ludzie 1.2”, which premiered alongside its video on 1 October: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nuhfyKGij6I

The album reaches shops on 20 November, but is already available to pre-order directly from the band’s website: http://lipali.net/.
