REGGAE STAR – ANTHONY B AT STARY KLASZTOR

2 APRIL 2022

ANTHONY B, aka Keith Blair, is one of the finest roots and dancehall artists of the past two decades. Born in Clark’s Town, Jamaica, in 1976, he became known early in his career as an artist with a conscious message, inspired by Peter Tosh's and Bob Marley's work and outlook on life.

His lyrics address poverty, Africa, slavery, politics and religion. As a teenager, despite his parents' protests, he joined the Rastafari movement and the so-called Bobo Dread’s, soon becoming one of their leading representatives.

Anthony B is an exceptionally prolific artist, with 26 solo albums and almost as many collaborations with artists including Sizzla, Capleton, Luciano and Junior Kelly.

The concert will feature major hits “Police”, “Fire Mon Rome” and “My yes & my no”, alongside the latest songs “King in my Castle”, “Naah buy no friend” and “First time I Fall” from the new album “King in my Castle”.
