Wrocław University of Science and Technology’s Juwenalia 2017: Habakuk and Bisz in the concert programme
Alongside the enormous number of additional events, do not forget the concerts! They draw the largest student crowds, and not only from Wrocław. You often hear of students travelling halfway across the country simply to sway in front of the stage to their favourite band's music.
Student celebrations at Wrocław University of Science and Technology begin in just a month!
“As every year, admission to Juwenalia events is free, but access to the Wittigowo residence complex will require a student ID. This year, Wrocław University of Science and Technology students will be able to generate special invitations for their guests, although guests must be at least 18,” says Kacper Kaczmarek, who is responsible for safety in the Juwenalia Section.
Wrocław University of Science and Technology's Juwenalia, also called Wittigalia, are a major attraction each year, drawing crowds of students to the Wittigowo residence complex. This year will be no different! Plenty of attractions, incredible concerts and a special atmosphere will certainly encourage students to visit the grounds around the university's halls of residence.
On Thursday at around 11.00, the student festival parade will set off from the University of Science and Technology campus; this year's parade is organised by the University of Wrocław. Thousands of students from all Wrocław's higher education institutions will form a colourful procession to Pola Marsowe beside the Olympic Stadium.
